1. Introduction
Welcome to The Intentional Couple: Ready for Forever ("the Course"), provided by The Intentional Couple, LLC ("the Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Course. By enrolling in the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & User Agreement
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By using this Course, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Each account is limited to one couple/user. Login information sharing is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension or termination. Access remains granted to intact accounts indefinitely, with guaranteed access of at least six (6) months.
3. Scope of Services
This Course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice. Enrollment and continuance of the Course does not establish a therapist-client relationship. It is your sole responsibility to seek professional help should the need arise.
Outcomes will vary.
4. Professional Disclaimer
Rebecca Tydeman is a licensed therapist in Connecticut, but this Course is separate from their private practice. Any content provided is for informational purposes and should not be considered therapeutic guidance.
5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
● Payments must be made in full before access is granted.
● Refund requests must be submitted before completion of Module 2 and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Should a refund be granted, you will be refunded the amount you have paid less $100.00 to cover costs for workbooks and other fees.
● Chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension of access.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All Course materials, including videos, documents, and branding, are the intellectual property of The Intentional Couple, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Course content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification The Company is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on Course content. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Course.
8. Third-Party Tools & Links
The Course may include links or tools from third-party providers. The Company is not responsible for the content or policies of these third parties.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before litigation. Any litigation shall be argued in the courts of the County of Middlesex, CT.
10. Modifications & Updates to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website, and continued use of the Course constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
