1. I am not engaged to be married, can I still do the course?

Yes, the course is great for any couples in the beginning stages of a lifelong commitment. Whether you are engaged, seriously dating, or recently were married, this course is a must do!

2. What makes this the best premarital course available?

Not to toot my own horn... but this course is strategically designed by a highly regarded and trained marriage therapist. The course is set up to be engaging and transformative. This is not just an educational video that you watch and cross your fingers that it impacts the trajectory of your relationship. I will you to engage in experiential exercises at home, I will provide numerous opportunities for self reflection, and will challenge you to practice vulnerability as you go through the many activities.

3. Is this a religious based course?

Nope! In fact, I am sure to address topics that some church-based programs may shy away from. Also, did you know that most church-based premarital counseling is with someone who is not formally trained and licensed? If you are religious, most if not all of the information will still be applicable.

4. How long will it take?

I recommend completing the course one module per week, and it will take 16 weeks if followed in this format. However, you have the freedom to complete it at your preferred pace.

5. What can I expect?

Upon purchase, I will send you two copies of the workbook in the mail. You can get started by watching the Module 1 videos as soon as you receive the workbooks. Each video comes with a corresponding action in your workbook; fill out a form, do an activity, respond to a journal prompt, facilitate a discussion etc. Simply come with open hearts and minds, be intentional in the process, and leave feeling connected and Ready For Forever together.

6. How do I present this to my partner?

Great question! Talking to your partner about your interest in doing this type of program is the first step towards open communication. First off, reassure your partner that you couldn't be more confident in your decision to be with them.
